Overview:
We offer a yearly teacher training program. The program consists of two, 108+ hour segments. Together, both segments qualify participants to be recognized as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. The first segment is "The Fundamentals" and the Second Segment is a "Deepening of the Fundamentals". Each level can be taken individually, as a series, and in any order.

The Teacher Training will consist of instruction and practice in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Scriptures, Practical Anatomy/Physiology, Hands-on Adjustments, Finding the Highest Alignment in each pose! Sanskrit, Mantra, Self-study, the Art of Teaching, and the art of building the Kula.

Cost:
$2999 for both Segments
$3200 if paid less than 45 days out
$1600 individually

Segment 1:
Tue-Thur (Most) 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Sunday (Most) 12-5 p.m.
Saturday, (3 days total) 10:00-12:30 & 2:00-5:30

Requirements and application process:
-1 year or more dedicated practice - comfortable with handstand and headstand on the wall
-Familiar with the 8 limbs of Yoga
-Be a vegetarian or considering it
-A regular meditation practice
-Complete the application
